India v/s China
How China is playing role in dominating the world:
There are various ways through China is plying very strategic role in dominating the world.
· One is gaining oceanic control
The name of policy is Blue Water Policy which was given by Portuguese-governor Francisco de Almeida. The policy says that “if we control the ocean we will control the world”
1. China is doing exactly same, it is gaining control over the ocean specially Indian Ocean by creating the dominance on the global south.( global south is southern hemisphere of the earth)

2. . You will see most of the countries in global south are under develop, developing or most are depending on power full countries. So what China is doing, China is making those country to become fully dependent on them or making them to fell in debt by giving loan at low interest rate on such a project that will never been finished by that country. By doing so it is gaining control over it’s everything. We can relate this by what China did with Sri-lanka and slowly doing with rest of Global South. It is also invading Taiwan to become independent on semi –conductor.  China is invading Taiwan 3. Also China is gaining interest of Maldives, in order to keep eye in the middle of Indian Ocean. 4. China is focusing more on the ship building policy. The number of ships in Chinese Navy is increased more making navy more power full. 5. China is also known as factory of the world. It’s manufacturing strategy is very well structured .It is manufacturing basically toe types of products 1) Bulk manufacturing: It is most worked strategy in which China is manufacturing various products like toys in great bulk and selling it in less margin 2) Quality products: Yes, we consider Chinese products as low quality cheap products, but remember China is also producing high quality luxurious products . In 2014 China’s revenue through luxurious products was 14.5 billion dollars but now in 2023 it is 53 billion dollar and annually increasing 4.6%  Then what India is doing:India is doing its level best in countring China in defence point of view. India has it’s own counter wall , yes the Andaman and Nicobar island these island plays huge role in supervising China . These island completely block the Chinese trade root and keep proper eye on China and it’s import-export. Each and every trade ship passes from our Exclusive Economic Zone and then go through strait of Malacca ..png) Trade root passing through EEZ Before 2020 there was no major development seen on these island. In today’s time internet transportation and many more sectors of these island have been developed and in the way of developing. The Airport Authority of India has undertaken the work of construction of Rs707 crore on these islands. This will promote tourism and economy.  I In future if the relation of India with China becomes worst then these island will play important in controlling situation. The combination of Andaman and Nicobar islands , large aircraft carrier like INS Vikramaditya and power full missile like BrahMos and Agni will becomes deadly for China. Also we are trying to create good relation with rest of the world and our neighbor. We have contract of constructing ports on Maldives by doing so we are getting power of deploying our ships on those ports. Also we are deploying our navy on small island which comes on the way of Chinese trade root. We have got presidency of G20 in which most of the power full countries including U.S, Japan , So it’s our turn to lead them. S Some of our minister like Dr. S.N Jayshankar are doing absolutely great in their duty of maintaining good relation and playing good strategic play in this geopolitics game. In business point of view still we are majorly dependent on China. The import is more than export. In 2022 the import from China was $135.98 billion which is big in number.  So what’s the solution : 1. We first need to focus on independent India in more serious way . which will be possible by bringing many more valuable startups and contributing great in economy. 2. Structured use of resources . There are many more resources available in India but we got an jackpot of lithium in J &K but if we wont utilize it properly it will be waste for us. 3. By focusing on Health and Education sector. 4. Knowing our duty of being an Indian citizen . India’s youth is the greatest Human resource available. But unfortunately this youth is getting spoiled due to some reason so this should be improved. So if we worked properly on the above mentioned points one day our India will be the supreme power in the world. |
